When I purchased this item the picture showed a women wearing the pasties and underwear. I thought the underwear came with the pasties. I see the now have cropped the picture. The neck thing doesn’t come with it either. The package came opened and the pasties were thrown into the packet. they were not in their little slot. Very disappointed especially for the price I paid.
